UV wall panels are a new type of eco-friendly decorative material, primarily composed of natural stone powder (calcium carbonate) and high-molecular-weight polyvinyl chloride (PVC) resin, supplemented with small amounts of additives such as stabilizers and plasticizers. They are manufactured through a high-temperature extrusion process. The production workflow is relatively mature and efficient, with the core of the technology lying in the high-temperature, high-pressure extrusion molding.
