In a small coastal town on the Greek island of Santorini, the owner Sophia wanted to renovate the exterior of her tavern. She hoped the exterior would be as blue, romantic, and vibrant as the Aegean Sea on the island.
When Sofia saw the royal blue, embossed metal panels, she was instantly captivated. The blue resembled the Aegean Sea, and the embossed patterns resembled the marks left by waves. She decided to use them to decorate the tavern's exterior.
